Rule 1
People don't buy a product or a service, they buy the benefit they're going to get from it, they buy the emotion it's going to give them. So try to focus on the emotions, solutions and comfort you're going to bring to the market.
Rule 2
It's not about you or your product, it's about your audience! Identify and understand your target audience demographics, behaviors, and preferences to tailor your marketing efforts effectively.
Rule 3
Set clear objectives. Define specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound (SMART) marketing objectives that align with your company's overall goals.
Rule 4
Your marketing is your clothes. It may give you a better image and bring you a certain amount of interaction, but it won't change who you are!
Rule 5
Be transparent and authentic. Maintain transparency in your marketing communications and be authentic in your interactions with customers. Build trust by being honest, admitting mistakes and keeping your promises.
Rule 6
People like to see before they believe. So don't be afraid to show your experience and what you've achieved - it's the best way to gain credibility and the trust of your audience.
Rule 7
Adapt to Changing Trends. Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, consumer behavior shifts, and emerging technologies to adapt your strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
Rule 8
Focus on customer loyalty. While it's important to acquire new customers, don't neglect existing ones. Implement loyalty strategies such as exclusive offers, loyalty programs and exceptional post-purchase assistance.
Rule 9
Your parents have more life experience than you do. And most of the things you've learned in life, you've learned from them. So the same thing applies in marketing, it's important to learn from people who have more experience than you and do what they've already done. You don't have to reinvent the wheel.
Rule 10
Continuously Test and Optimize. Implement A/B testing, conduct market research, and gather customer feedback to optimize your marketing strategies. Regularly refine your approach based on the results to maximize your marketing ROI.
Rule 11
In marketing, not every action has an immediate result. Learn to manage quiet moments, some things take time. You just have to keep your cool and be ready if you need to make a change.
Rule 12
You can't change the rules, but when you know them well, you can break some of them! So when you've mastered the game, don't be afraid to try new things.
